Jim & Devon were great. They were transparent in their work, knowledgeable and very sweet to work with. My home is old. They were considerate of our space, family & pets as they entered and exited. They were fast at their task and looked at an additional issue while present. I would highly recommend and am thankful to their prompt service.
Sincerely trustworthy and honest service. We were treated fairly and given the best service we could ask for. Originally, we'd gone with another company that was trying to take every cent from us and said replacement would be $40k, but ServiceKing came in for a second opinion, and the repairs were very affordable ~$500. Instead of replacing an entire system, we replaced a broken part and our AC was up and running quickly.
Our sink drain backed up last night and there was nothing I could do to fix it. I was looking for a plumber who could do an immediate repair and Service King was available. I found them through Angie. Plumber arrived 2 1/2 hours after I first contacted them and Devon did a terrific job snaking the sink drain. Water is running freely and the sink is back in service. Thanks, Service King! Would use again.
