I hired Baldwin & Associates to file my 2023 taxes. It turns out they never filed my taxes. When following up, they ghosted me for several months. They ignored my calls and emails. When I did connect with them, they promised me they would fix things up and get back to me. To this day, I have still not heard from them and my communications continue to be ignored.

It is now January 2025 and I am still sorting this out with the IRS and CO Dept of Revenue. This has caused me months of stress, and many hours spent over the phone. I am worried that I am going to be penalized, audited, or worse.

I’ve been doing business here for the last several years. I am impressed with the professionalism and courtesy they’ve shown towards me. They really keep the client’s best interest at hand. They will work with you and go to battle each year. I feel that the work performed is well worth it and fair. If your interested in getting the best value for your money, then your choosing the right team.

I am very impressed, on how well they work with their clients. I have gone to them for two years now and they are incredible. They always answer any questions I have and go over and beyond to help you with your taxes. If you want the best business, I would highly recommended them!
