Jeremy came out and assessed the problem with my dishwasher. He was polite and very knowledgeable about the problem. We decided on getting a new dishwasher rather than having it repaired. I appreciate Jeremy’s honesty and knowledge about appliances in general. I definitely recommend this business and will use them again for future appliance issues.

I came in looking for a dryer part that I was convinced needed replaced to get my dryer running again. They had the part I thought I needed but then informed me that it was rarely the part I had that fails. Dude then rattled off the exact match part number for a thermofuse and grabbed it for me. Came home popped the fuse in and my dryer is working again. Great customer service, very knowledgeable, nothing short of amazed with the experience I had today. 10/10 highly recommend if your appliances are on the fritz come talk with these guys first!

My neighbor highly recommended them to me. I went inside their store yesterday to show them a video I made of my washing machine making a buzzing noise. They were very kind to listen and advise me. Jeremy came out this morning and diagnosed the problem right away (drain pump). He had the LG part to replace it with and now my washing machine works good as new! Thank you, AP+
