Helpful even if you’re doing it yourself. Small town service that is extremely hard to find. Worth every penny of what they charge.
This is my second interaction with them. I have aging appliances and they are having normal wear and tear issues.
I had an emergency where my freezer went out late in the day. All of my food already started to thaw so I knew I needed a new freezer fast. I called multiple places letting them know the situation. This was the only company that answered politely this late in the day. Don answered my questions and passed the phone to a technician Nathan. He told me what the issue was and was able to get me a cheap used unit 30 minutes before closing. I'm very happy and impressed with them. I will be using them for all my future appliance needs!
I've been shopping around at a few other local appliance stores and as soon as I called Double D Service I knew this was the right place for me. The customer service was amazing! They helped double check that the part would be the perfect fit for my exact model which was a nice touch to ensure I didn't have any frustration when replacing it. Other places that I've ordered from didn't even care to ask any of those questions but Double D took the time to ask and verify. Id highly recommend them.
