The windows are nice, and the installation was done very well. Just don’t expect much communication from Ken once the order is placed. The order was delayed significantly from the estimate given, and not all windows (22) arrived at the same time. All follow up communication was initiated by me, not the company. Excuses were offered, but never once did Ken offer an apology for the delays. He only blamed Anderson. The installers were great, organized, punctual, and did a very conscientious job.

Ken came to my home on short notice and gave me a quote for 3 windows in my home that I needed fix. He was also very punctual, professional, and positive on making it work and gave a very reasonable quote and look forward to working with him when we get the windows fixed. Also he was very nice and informative on the new windows he would have to install.

I had such a great experience working with American Doors and windows, won’t trust anyone else with my home. I had my old drafty windows replaced. The process was so easy and fast, I was shocked to learn I didn’t have to wait for months like with other companies. I even saved money going with them!!! Next step is new doors.
