My wife and I bring our son here , they’re very welcoming and caring . We feel very supported by them being first time parents .
After having just gotten care of a new kiddo, front office staff and I had some difficulties with communication/documentation/etc (though everyone was trying their best!) in order to get a doctor appointment set up. I ended up contacting Chelsie and she (with assistance from front office staff) was able to get my kiddo in for a visit the next day with Dr. Joy, who was seriously a joy to work with. She listened, asked all the right questions that I myself was forgetting in the moment, and helped me understand how to better support my kiddo. Thank you to everyone at Altitude that, despite the circumstances and great confusion, were able to come together to support this sweet kiddo, especially Chelsie and Dr. Joy.
Dr. Lopez is our absolute favorite pediatrician! She is kind caring and always willing to listen. Dr.Lopez and Torie make my children feel comfortable and safe. I cannot say enough good things about her and the other physicians and staff at Altitude Pediatrics.
