We arrived home from vacation to find our home and crawl space flooded. 1-800-Water-Damage arrived at our home and quickly went to work on Saturday night. The entire team was professional and went above and beyond to provide excellent communication and customer service. Not only did they provide water mitigation and repair they helped us navigate our homeowners claim. When we experienced red tape and delays, Seth was understanding and helped every step of the way. We are grateful for their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to providing excellent customer service. We highly recommend them!
Brandon and his crew did a great job drying the floor and walls out after a water pipe break in the bathroom. Brandon was very professional and prompt in mitigating the damage. I would definitely turn to him again, should we have any other water damage issues!!
While working at or home Brandon was very professional, and thoroughly explained everything every step of the way The techs that were on our project were Damon, Hayden, and Kai. They were respectful, and very professional. We would highly recommend 1-800 Water Damage and this group of gentlemen!!!
