Purchased a home with a renovation that was completed by West Elevations. While the finished product looked beautiful. So many corners were cut behind the walls. We have lived in the home less than a year, extensive plumbing repair is needed, we have had to remove walls, replace pipes, have mitigation contractors come to fix old leaks, the wiring was not updated as it should have been. Anything that would have a function seems to have been left out of the bud.While the surface looks great I would definitely be wary of you are buying a home recently renovated by this contractor as it’s like a fix and flip situation.
