Over the weekend I had replaced a thermostat. Once I was done the furnace wouldn't come on. On Monday morning I used the The Bee's online booking (super easy!) to schedule a service call for late afternoon that same day. A little later I got a call from David who said he was nearby and asked if he could go ahead and come by and I said sure. David and Spencer came by, were super professional, immediately found that I had simply blown a fuse on the panel inside the furnace and replaced it... for FREE!!! No charge whatsoever! No travel fee, no anything! I know who I'll be calling the next time I need HVAC service!
