Assisted stretching truly improved flexibility and lessened tightness after long-term chronic left leg issues (25 years of Meniscus repair, ACL repair and under anesthesia re-manipulation, Bacterial infection into bone and finally knee replacement PT) concluded. Much appreciated, Stretch Lab, for the long needed relief after just 1 session. Decided to become a member so continued improvement in flexibility can lead to my best life.

Stretch labs has been awesome. I’m training for a 70.3 Ironman and Ryan has done an amazing job of helping my flexibility for the race. I tell him what I’m feeling in my body and he knows exactly what he needs to do to make it better.

Not sure what this procedure was about, so I ventured to the lab and wow! From the minute I walked in the front desk welcome and her explanation about what was to happen went as expected but the best part the stretch in the way my therapy applied and explained the muscle group as she proceeded was a amazing relaxing and feel good experience! I left feeling so good and it carried out to the next day ! The golden lab was clean inviting and above all professional kind , you leave with a positive healthy attitude!
