This is one great organization hands down and really stand behind their product and application. They coated my floor 3 years ago and it looked and preformed great. About 6 weeks ago I noticed a few spots that were peeling up and I gave them a call to come an look at it. They sent out a tech and he informed me just patching the bad spots would just be a waste of time and effort to get it right the whole floor would need to be redone. They got me on the schedule and redid the whole floor in a few hours. In todays world where I feel customer service has all but disappeared Specialty Poxy stood behind their product as stated. I would recommend this company very highly and if I need anymore concrete coating done this will be my go to guys.
