I was so happy with Monarch Construction taking good care of me and my roof. Beau Liss had great communication with me and informed me of where we were in the process, delays with permits and weather. The workers were on time, cleaned up as the worked and the roof looks fantastic. They even took off my solar panels and re-installed them for me. I highly recommend Monarch Construction for your next roofing project.

Monarch Roofing completed a commercial roof replacement for our multi-tenant building recently. I chose Monarch based on track record and their 5 year workmanship warranty. Beau Liss was our project manager who handled everything from developing the scope of work and cost estimate to project management and tenant relations. Our site was challenging due to space limitations and unpredictable weather. Beau and the team worked smoothly and efficiently and promptly answered our questions and concerns. Cameron was awesome throughout our struggles with the insurance company and getting people in here to do the work. He answered our phone calls and addressed any issues we may have had immediately. We would definitely use Monarch again and would request Cameron as our contractor.
