“I don't even know where to begin. I'm a 36-year-old first-time driver with severe anxiety who relocated from Brooklyn to Denver. Before finding Coastline, I spent over $1,000 on lessons with a school in New York that never gave me a clear timeline or genuine support. Jim was the first examiner who ever treated me like a human being. He passed me despite my nerves because he could see I knew how to drive. He said, 'I could tell you were nervous' — and passed me.
