I was 8 minutes late for my first injections and was made to reschedule the same day at 2pm. I arrived at 1:45 and sat until 3pm when I was called into the back. I expressed that i was sorry for being late but could they please see me because I had another appointment that day and was in terrible pain. I was told that if I wanted to be seen, I had to come back. So I did, and waited. When I was brought in the back room I wasn't in the mood for conversation and expressed this, but I guess bc I didn't want to talk to anyone, I was being rude. This is the VERY BEST Pain clinic that I have ever been a patient at. If you're looking for a "PILL MILL", DON'T GO HERE! The Dr's and the Other providers, my N.P, and Physical Therapists, Will help you navigate the very BEST healthcare plan for you! They will encourage you to get BETTER, get STRONGER, get MORE active and REQUIRE you to participate in your care plan! They really DO mean it when they say that they understand that chronic pain affects not just me the patient, but, everyone in my life, including my furbabies, My dog & my cat, as well as my friends and other family members.
