The team is very kind, trustworthy, and caring, making patients feel 100% confident and comfortable. For cancer patients, they work with an oncologist to make the best treatment plan possible. The staff is precise and clear every step of the way, handling extractions, implant placements, and bone reconstruction with modern techniques. Dr. Madlock and Dr. Amy Shearer are personable and treat patients like family, explaining all procedures thoroughly. The team is very friendly and gentle, taking excellent care of nervous patients, including children needing wisdom teeth removal or an expander. They go out of their way to ensure understanding and comfort during each visit. Patients who were not fans of dental professionals have had a great experience here and recommend this team over all others. The office handles claustrophobia gently. Highly recommended for oral surgical care.
If you need emergency dental care,this is the place for you! everyone there was so amazing from the second I walked in till the moment I left,they truly care about you as a patient and are definitely treated above and beyond well...as a cancer patient they worked with my oncologist to make sure they were all on the same page,and to make the best treatment plan possible, very kind and trustworthy, I felt 100% confident and comfortable in their care....I had emergency wisdom teeth and 2 molars that needed out asap and were surrounding my nerve.. they were presice and very clear the entire step of the way...will be recommending everyone i know here for future oral surgical care!
I saw Dr. Madlock for lower jaw surgery and it went so well! He made me feel comfortable and was extremely knowledgable. I felt safe and comfortable. I had such a good experience, I brought my son to get his wisdom teeth removed. Which also went so much better than expected. I will confidently refer my family and friends to him. We followed his instructions carefully and had no issues!
