This company has been extremely difficult to work with and their representatives rarely respond to emails or phone messages left. We ordered a lens for a patient in a -0.50 power and the lens is reading -2.50, making it completely impossible for the patient to see. We've been trying to reach them to get this resolved for weeks. Just seems like they've ghosted us and ran with the $650, leaving the patient upset and our office looking for answers. At this point, I'm thinking about never using them again and completely disappointed in their customer service and lenses.
Due to an accident in my childhood my right eye is blind and clouded, I have been wearing cosmetic contact lenses since high school, in approx 2010 I discovered Adventures in colors, after several attempts from my doctor I decided to travel to AC to get the color matched for my cosmetic contact. I was happy with the experience I wore the two lenses for several years (one everyday and a back up lens). The next time I had to order new lenses is when the problems started approx 2017, apparently no record of the previous orders were kept so they had no color reference, i volunteered to travel back out to Golden Co as I did several years early except this time I was told AC would not meet with me they had new rules etc and that the process would have to go though my eye Dr. I bought and paid for 4 different contact lenses over two years none were even close to the color of my other eye, this company refused to offer refunds or redo the lenses or anything to get the product close to right. if anyone has ever suffered from a disfigurement you know how difficult being in public can be. All the people in this company want is your money, they have no regard for the people that are looking to improve their lives, every time I tried to contact someone and explain what I needed they refused to speak with me, $2500+ dollars wasted. Would give a zero if I could. Through an optician I ordered a hand painted prosthetic lens. I am blind in one eye and have no pupil. I was so excited to hear about these lenses. Paid over $800 dollars and I wanted to speak with someone about how to take care of it. Well no one ever returned my messages or calls! Then I wore it once and it ripped! (I have no idea why--maybe they should have called me back to help!) What a waste of money! Shame on this company--gave me false hope to have a normal eye appearance.Update… well they finally called me back and told me they could not speak with a patient—I had to speak with the ordering doctor and HE has to call and...read full review
