She helped me get range of motion back in my shoulder after a pretty extensive surgery as a result of an accident. There were days I didn’t think I would be back to normal and I had to accept that I may have limitations and I may not be able to dirt bike anymore. Nope, she didn’t let that happen and I’m near full range of motion and was able to get back on the bike a year later.In addition to helping me post right shoulder surgery she helped me with some ongoing issues with my left shoulder due to throwing my body on the ground one too many times and compensating for not having a functioning right arm for a few months. Not wanting to do surgery, she helped me get my left shoulder back to being pain free. She I understands body mechanics and is great about explaining so you can help yourself be more aware in day to day activities. Can’t recommend her enough.“
