“I would give Frank 500 stars if I could. He was amazing! Knowledgable, experienced, efficient, generous, conscientious and fair. What more could you want in a plumber! Or any service person. Very pleasant and easy to have in the home too. The job could have been very disruptive but it wasn’t at all. He made it very easy. And I’m quite sure he was the only plumber we had out to give us a fair quote. Ask for Frank and you will not be disappointed. One note: the office person I dealt with was not the most pleasant and according to them Bishop Plumbing charge $199 for first hour and $175 for additional hours JUST TO DIAGNOSE and which DOES NOT GO TOWARDS THE REPAIR. I’ve never heard of this and two other companies I had come out did not charge at all for diagnosis or visit and another I spoke with by phone charged for diagnosis but put the charge towards any repairs. Just beware. I have not yet gotten the final bill so we shall see. But even so, Frank was worth it. And he saved me a lot of money by just fixing the problems we had and not trying to reinvent the entire system or take advantage of us at all. The others clearly did both. Thank you Frank!”
