“Matthew and Rich were great. Rich was the first contractor out of 4 or 5 companies who actually went and got inside my air handler unit. Matthew is super knowledgeable, experienced and professional. He made sure the job was done and took the time to make sure everything was done right. He took all of the pressure readings and explained them to me. At first I had called residential contractors but after trial and error I realized I needed a contractor who knew commercial ac work as well as residential. R & H has been great. Even the office manager was very professional and provided good customer service. I am so glad that Matthew and Rich helped me. They are both a credit to the company. “I’ve been using Fred’s Plumbing and Heating for about a year now, and I can’t say enough good things about them.

The first time I worked with them, Fred himself came out to my home after hours just to take a look at my situation after a long day—that level of care really stuck with me. Since then, they’ve helped with several projects, including clearing a major sink backup (which required a full roto and pipe clearing), replacing a garbage disposal, fixing a large drain issue, and repairing leaks and toilet problems.

Every technician who has come out has been polite, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They always take the time to explain what’s going on and what my options are, which I really appreciate.

Esmeralda in the office is also wonderful—she’s kind, responsive, and always makes scheduling quick and easy.

I’ve received multiple estimates for some of these jobs, and Fred’s Plumbing and Heating has consistently been the most responsive and competitively priced.

Most recently, I called them about a leak and they had someone out the very next day. That kind of service is hard to find.

They’re based in Eagle but service the entire valley, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and professional plumbing services.”
