I had a tooth pulled and I gotta say it went WAY smoother and faster than I expected. The injections went QUICK and painlessly and the dentist was an expert at getting that tooth out FAST. I didn't even know it was over. And recovery has been very smooth. The dentist was knowledgeable and obviously experienced, which is exactly what you want for these kinds of things.

Comfort dental in Glenwood Springs Colorado.... Well I am on my second top denture from there and the first one was a complete nightmare they were like you are good to go and I was like no I'm not I can't close my mouth and I am pouring blood out of both sides of my mouth and they were like no you're done. 🥺 This new one I got fits a lot better and I think is going to last but my first experience was not good at all. All in all a 3 star dentistry practice.

I’ve been going here for over 15 years and they do a good job cleaning my teeth and fixing fillings. However, for the last eight months, I can’t even get them to answer the phone or return a message. I’ve called them over and over again without getting through. It’s come to the point where I need to go there to get an appointment, which is ridiculous. I think they need to hire some more receptionists. They just responded by to my review with a canned response to please reach out, which is pretty ironic.

I went in to make my daughter an appointment a month ago and gave a copy her insurance card at that time. I was told if there was an issue they would call me. It said they were in network on my insurance website. We drove 30 minutes for the appointment today only to find out they never ran the insurance and apparently don’t take her insurance because it says “pediatric” on it. This is very frustrating considering I gave all the information a month ago. I would not recommend this office.

It’s honestly been a really frustrating experience trying to get an appointment here. There are no available appointments on the website—even looking three months out—and it doesn’t seem to matter whether you select new patient or dental emergency.
What’s more concerning is the lack of communication. I’ve tried calling, leaving messages, and sending emails, but haven’t received any response back. It makes it hard to tell if the office is just fully booked, understaffed, or possibly not operating as expected.
If the office is still open, it would really help to have better communication or at least some indication of availability. Right now, it just feels impossible to get in touch or schedule anything.

I would not recommend this place for wisdom tooth extraction. Some surgeon comes down from Denver to do the tough extractions. Not only did I walk out of the dentists office after my extraction with 2 dry sockets, they left behind a huge tooth chunk that wasn't even connected to the root anymore. Only found out after I had xrays done at another dentist.
