Valerie and James were amazing to work with, and after explaining my issues, they promptly came out by appointment, assessed my problems, removed my two blinds, and took them back to their shop. The very next day, James was back with the newly strung blinds, and new valence clips, and installed them. I'm truly amazed at their attention to detail and completion in such a short time.
