I have a very hectic and unpredictable work schedule…Mattie was very accommodating in coordinating showings last minute, evenings, weekends, etc. On the rare occasion she was unavailable, Mattie made sure another team member was. Friendly, informative, knowledgeable, personable, I felt like family through the home buying process.
