Jill is amazing! She's sweet, funny and she's dang good at what she does. I woke up the next morning feeling refreshed and absolutely no pain in my back! I'll be back at least 100 more times.
I sawJill yesterday for an hour sports massage. The results were fantastic. Hers the situation: I flew in from the NC coast elevation 37 Fetter's on Sunday. On Monday I climbed Mt. Sherman, Tuesday was supposed to be Hray and Torrey but my hip flexors and calves and IT bands hurt like the dickens, (I'm a distance runner). I booked the massage instead. Today, (Wednesday) I hiked up to the top of Bierstadt with no pain and no pain in the nine hours I've been off the mountain. Jill got the blood flowing in the right places. She's easy to communicate with and the whole session was super enjoyable. This was also my first massage.
