I thoroughly enjoyed Yoga in the Park! I wish that I would have known about this recurring event sooner, but that’s on me for not checking out my local area more. It was a peaceful, welcoming experience to soak up some sun and get grounded with my community. I’ll certainly be there next Sunday

I’ve done a couple of their free classes and a hot yoga session. Of the studios I’ve been to in the Fountain/Colorado Springs area, this one has definitely helped me get back into my practice!! I highly recommend this studio. While they do a variety of classes, they also have fun extras when they do their open house and gorgeous sound baths!

This beautiful studio/plant shop offers a variety of classes, and the teachers are personable and professional. The owner goes out of her way to remember your name and welcomes feedback on her instruction. If you are looking for a friendly, welcoming place to practice yoga, I highly recommend checking out The Rooted Rose. And grab yourself a plant while you're at it!
