I went with Anlin windows and upgraded to the SunMatrix glass due to my house faces west. I have noticed a significant difference with the house staying cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. “Working with the Window Source was an amazing change of pace. I had some nearly 30 year old windows in my house and during one of our nasty hailstorms had a few damaged enough that insurance was willing to replace them. Getting estimates from all the big names was an absolute chore with essentially no one wanting to deal with insurance.
John arrived and it was apparent he was different - laid back, knowledgeable, ready to advocate with insurance, simplified pricing, I was sold very early on. I ended up ordering 20+ windows and a sliding door to do the entire house. Donna kept things moving in the background and while it took some time, install day arrived and Jesse and crew took an already positive experience and sealed the deal. The windows were installed extremely well, the guys were respectful of the house and took care to keep everything neat and tidy (in a perfect world the glass could have been cleaned of various residues a little better but that is a small, easily solved, issue).
