Patients at the Fountain clinic praise the staff for being great, helpful, and making them feel heard. The dental team, particularly Kaitlyn, is highly skilled and accommodating, even for those with sensitive teeth. However, some patients have experienced long wait times, difficulty reaching the clinic, and frequent provider turnover, which can make it challenging to address ongoing health concerns. Despite these infrastructure challenges, the staff is described as friendly and dedicated to helping patients.
Not only was the apointment setter compassionate but she also took the time to accomodate me so that I could be seen via zoom. The MyChart system was easy to use and labs were ordered immediately for me. I have pain in my legs from the swelling caused by heart failure and made worse by my sedentary lifestyle.
Worst receptionist ever. I was treated better at the DMV. Was literally yelled at when I was just asking a simple question. I talked with a ton of receptionist and customer service before. I have never been yelled at like that. Cheri Huntsman
The staff is absolutely amazing and so kind!! I had the chance to talk to front desk receptionists Heather and Peggy and can say they went way above and beyond! Will always be grateful for the great service and help provided to me by them.
