their customer service is outstanding and phenomenal they're kind and patient and Wendy is so sweet and accommodating and she was really good with our family and families dogs . Thank you ❤️

My Bruno was pretty dirty, he had a hot spot right before he was supposed to be groomed which led to an extra 2 weeks before I could take him in. However Faux Paws did an AMAZING job getting him nice and clean! We’ve been to a few different places here in the Springs & I do think this will become our regular spot! Pricing is great, they take their time & it’s close to where we live so no more 30 minute drives!

Went in to have my dog's nails clipped and they did an excellent job. They accept walk-ins for nail clipping and were very quick. My groomer was very friendly, however the other lady groomers in the store pretty much scowled....not a smile, nod or welcoming look in the bunch. Unfortunate.
