Beware of boarding your pet at Broadmoor Pet Resort — our experience was traumatic and unacceptable.
We left our healthy, happy 7-month-old puppy in their care, and picked her up days later terrified, severely underweight, and covered in painful open wounds, bloody scabs, and signs of infection. A vet diagnosed her with a bacterial skin infection, clearly the result of neglect during her stay.
They did not contact us to inform us of her condition or provide any veterinary care. As a responsible boarding facility, they had a duty of care — and they breached that duty by failing to notify us or ensure our puppy received medical attention.

We took our dog,Rosie, to get her nails clipped and a bath. Sonia did an excellent job with Rosie. Everything was done perfectly and she was very sweet with Rosie. Thank you Sonia!

Our dog has been going once a week for about 6 months. We highly recommend the facility. The staff is amazing and everyone loves the dogs. They communicate well with you. Runs are huge!
