After an accident almost kills you these guys take advantage and actually kill your life .After getting out of the hospital after 2 days my bill was 500 ?? Plus it took 4 days toto someone other than answering service. So to "be nice because they didn't answer she only charge from the day I start looking for it and if I couldn't take the car right then I get a 150$ gate fee will be added for them letting me look at my charger thanks ?

Very grumpy and rude office staff unwelcoming and not helpful for someone trying to do their job , seemingly very greedy and territorial for someone willing to pay. Unwilling to let you know what your working with to do the job hired for playing by their own rules which are not the same guidelines we are all supposed to follow by public utilities commission. They towed my vehicle after we were in an accident on Platte and State. Driver going the wrong way and didnt stop. She just goe her learners permit . and went north on a south bound one way.
