Don't hire. He inspected my home; I'm the seller. He told the young buyer she must have NEW WINDOWS. Called out a hot water heater as beyond it's life. It's 4 years old. We lost the sale; she didn't even want to discuss repairs. Also, house passed VA inspection earlier. So, realtors, if you want to lose a sale, hire this guy.
