I came in for the exam and Dr. Lere was able to do my filling the next day. The whole process did not take long, less then an hour. Dr. Lere explained everything to me. The staff was all so friendly. “I’m new to the area and decided to try Brighton Modern Dentistry based on their great reviews, and I’m so glad I did.

On the day of my cleaning, I had a packed schedule and only gave myself about an hour for the new patient intake and cleaning. I was brought back right on time, but after the X-rays and getting settled into the exam chair, nearly 30 minutes had already passed. I’m not sure if I was given a time estimate when I scheduled, but looking back, it was definitely an oversight on my part to only allow an hour.

When Dr. Roggow came in to go over the plan, I had to admit that I hadn’t budgeted enough time to complete everything that day. I told him I’d likely have to come back in a month or two due to my hectic schedule.

To my surprise, Dr. Roggow said no problem, and then offered to try and fit me in later that same day, after I finished my other appointments. I was genuinely stunned by their flexibility and willingness to accommodate me, especially given how busy they already were. I’m sure I created extra work for someone on staff, but I truly appreciated the kindness and effort.

When I returned, Tiffany (my hygienist) and Dr. Roggow took fantastic care of me. They were professional, efficient, and made the whole experience comfortable. I couldn’t recommend this team more highly!“
