Although the gym can get busy with high schoolers at certain times, members have learned to work around it. The personal training program has received positive feedback, with trainers like Taylor offering effective programming and sessions. The front desk staff, including Xavier, are helpful and efficient, making it easy for guests to get a great workout. Overall, it is considered one of the best gyms members have belonged to, with friendly trainers who are professional and knowledgeable, and a no-hassle sign-up process.

If you're a gym snob, they have Hammer Strength everything. Clean/hot showers and a clean dry sauna. Lots of power racks and 45s everywhere. Every time I leave this place I feel great. #getit
I have had 0 negative experiences at this gym since I joined last December. It was a no hassle and straightforward sign-up process with Xavier. I was not exposed to any kind of hidden fees or any other kind of manipulation. I am 50 years old and have belonged to gyms since I was a teenager. This facility is one of the best of I've belonged. The staff are friendly and welcoming and I've come to know most of the trainers by name and they are professional and extremely knowledgeable. Not only don't I feel pressure to sign up for personal training (which I would in a heart beat except for budget constraints) but the trainers will always time to share their knowledge...read full review
