Hired Zick for roof attic fan replacement and installed efficiently at fair $. While replacing fan, he saw defective shingles under warranty. Scott pursued warranty claim with mfr and obtained a full new rood at no cost to us. Beautiful job with excellent city inspection. Heck of a deal for cost of an attic fan! Highly recommend Scott and his roofing team!

Super professional, easy to get a hold of, good communication, and great work!
Scott, the owner, came out to the house to give me the quote, looked all around the house, got up on the roof, and in the attic - was up front an honest that the job would be a little more expensive than usual because they had to bring the whole roof up to code. Talked me through the process, and once we made a plan the team arrived and finished in one day, and it looked great. Was able to get a discount on my home owners insurance because of the high quality shingles they use.
Would definitely recommend!
