I contacted a number of services (via call/text) regarding help in removing a bird that had flown into my house, and perched in a window about 20 feet above the ground. This wonderful service returned my text with and estimate and time availability. I took them up on their price/availability. Ultimately I was able to get the bird out of my house on my own. I'm leaving this review because this service took the time to contact me with pricing and availability. I appreciate their promptness and professionalism.
