If you have an easy, cookie-cutter project, then VFLA is not the firm for you. However, if you have a challenging site, complex infill/redevelopment, hairy approvals, or require outside-of-the-box thinking to reenvision an existing space, then they're your people! It's one thing to develop creative designs. It's another to successfully navigate the entitlement, permitting, and bidding/pricing processes to actually get them built. Oh...and enjoying the journey, which can often be difficult, is a large part of what keeps clients coming back to VFLA.
VFLA is amazing! Everyone is super knowledgeable and helpful. They designed our dental office Family Holistic Dentistry in Boulder CO. We love the design and receive constant compliments from our patients and team members. It was stressful to build it during Covid because shortage of supplies and the city permits were taking so long but VFLA team was patient and diligent until they give us our beautiful dental office. They took care of every detail with the contractors they partnered with. Really grateful and highly recommended!
