So grateful to find this place!! The odors of regular salons make me feel so nauseated… coming to this all natural place is a dream! Whitney was fabulous… very detailed with her work. I will be back!
Hailey is my nail tech, every time she does my nails they turn out beautifully. She is exceedingly kind, a great conversationalist and one of the most talented nail techs I’ve had the privilege of going to.
I’ve gotten multiple compliments every time she does my nails; I highly recommend velvet files for their friendly staff, their cleanliness and their calm but welcoming atmosphere.
Good experience during the manicure. However, 4 days after the manicure my nails have cracked which is very strange. I’ve never seen that happen before & feel like my money was wasted.
Update: they got me back in but the same thing happened on the fix. I would not come back here again due to this.
Also, online I booked a service they apparently could not offer which was frustrating. They also accidentally rebooked my mani as a Pedi confusing us all.
