I went into the shop a few weeks ago to ask about the best products for dry hair and coloring and she went above and beyond giving the info. That I needed.
And I did not know there was a beauty salon there and she took me over to the shop and explained to me the different services they provide.
scheduled an appointment for today to have my hair done and I brought in a picture of what I was looking for and
She was spot on. She has great energy. Very kind and very real. I will be back. I found my new hairdresser.

We did a very last minute courthouse wedding that I had less than 5 days to plan for. The very night before I walked into the store with my friend and was searching for foundation, brushes, etc. Kaydence ended up helping us do a color match for some concealer and foundation as well as recommended bronzer. She was so genuine and kind and spent so much time with us finding just the right shade even before we told her we were doing this for my courthouse wedding. When the shade I matched with was out of stock she called another store and put it on hold for me so I could pick it up the next day. I like Ulta and they are very helpful when you need advice. They guarantee their products, so you've got nothing to loose. I'll continue to use them for my hair color and other items! They've got a good selection of products
