The last few times I’ve been to this particular location it has not been my favorite experience at all. I frequently go to about 3 of your NoCo locations as I live in one City and work in another. The young lady helping me grad a travel size perfume made it a point to talking about stealing the item. Which as a 36 year old who comes in a work uniform I find utterly hilarious and irritating at the same time. Very dramatic and unnecessary in my opinion. If I wanted to steal an item I’d surely not be doing so in my work uniform. Great General Manager here. Laura really saved the day for my daughter and me. Ulta is a sacred place to us. We come here to not only shop, but bond. We feel safe and free here. definitely a favorite store to be in. Laura helped correct a mistake that happened a week ago, and it made my daughter and I’s day that much brighter. We love Ulta immensely.
