Meredith is absolutely amazing! She is kind, friendly, fun to chat with, and incredibly talented. The ONLY place I will go for microblading- I am SO impressed!
Edit to add Brittany felt the need to personally email me attacking me. All I can do is warn you. I changed my review to 1 star because of this personal harassment and lack of customer service and lack of owning up to this negative experience. learn to take accountability. Brittany scheduled an appointment with us and we showed up, the shop was closed. We tried to call for 39 minutes before we heard back. When we finally got into contact with her she said she wrote it down wrong in her calendar and that she would not be able to drive to Fort Collins from Greeley that day (even though that's where we had driven from too) she gave us $25 off of our $200 each...but the entire situation was entirely unprofessional. Both my husband and myself had to take off of work losing our entire income for an additional day. When we went back the next day we talked about how finger tattoos are not guaranteed to stay and we still decided to get them knowing that-which is why I gave 2 stars (instead of just one-because we were well aware of the conversation). When she positioned us for side finger tattoos she had us lay on our stomachs and put our arm up above our head-even the male owner walked in and asked why she positioned us like that for a hand tattoo. I had to work hard to keep my hand from shaking-because my shoulder was getting weak, hurting, and starting to shake from holding it above my head and having my body weight held up by my arms. Brittany was very friendly, we did carry conversation and of course we gave her a tip-because I am also a tipped employee and know how important tips are. The tattoos turned out just ok ...I think they could have been done a little better had there been better positioning. They will definitely both need touch ups, especially my husband's. Edit to add- Brittany placed the stencile for the word against on my finger and I told her the A and g felt too low, and I was afraid those were the parts that wouldn't stay- I was correct. She placed it and didn't ask me if it was good. I had to mention it and then she struggled to get the stencil off because it had been so long. She tried to replace it but it kept going in the same place. I would have cut the A and g off the word and placed those two letters slightly above so it didn't curve down the knuckle. After placing it 4 different times and it becoming a blurry mess she said that's just how my knuckle makes it curve there, I gave in and just said, "It's fine". Pictures are attached. Edit to add after response from owner- Like I already previously stated absolutely extremely horrible customer service. As this response from the owner entirely proves!! The two stars were for the entire experience overall....the overall review and rating. If it was just the tattoos I would have given 3/4 stars because it is at least close to what we expected. The owner guy definitely said, "why would you place them like that for a hand tattoo" and since I sat through it I will tell you it was uncomfortable. Brittany did check and I actually told her my shoulder was getting sore...FYI. we were never offered one thing not even a drink if that is what you were implying-In fact I had to leave the shop and walk a block to buy drinks while my husband got tattooed. BOttom line- if you want any type of customer service go somewhere else- AS "Meredith's" response to this review shows you will get absolutely NONE for a service you paid for. The customer is always wrong here apparently. What a shame. My teenagers could have given better customer service. Go somewhere else.
No comparison to these 2 artist! HH and Meredith are the best. Looking forward to my next few sessions and finishing up my sleeve!
