I recently had A.J. come out to fix the springs on my garage door, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his honesty and integrity. When I first called, he gave me a fair quote over the phone. After arriving, he quickly realized that my garage door uses customized springs that normally cost more. Instead of changing the price on me, A.J. kept his word and honored the original quote.
It’s rare to find someone who stands by their word these days, and that really stood out to me.
