We were thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service at Spa World! Our installation fell on a day when it was raining but that didn’t stop the Spa World team. One of the owners even came out to assist with the installation. We couldn’t recommend them more highly!

We had a great experience buying a hot tub here. We looked at many different places, but the customer service at Spa World sold us. We had some small problems with our new tub within the first few weeks - the Spa World team came out and diagnosed it immediately, and even advocated for us to get a brand new replacement tub even though it could’ve just been patched. They even covered the delivery cost for our replacement tub which required renting a crane due to our lot layout. They truly will “make it right” at any cost which is rare in a company these days. We checked all the local dealers and settled on Spa World because of their reputation for customer service. We are glad we did. These guys are true to their word which is rare today. Good Job Spa World.
