The process seems very effective and efficient and does not soak the carpet. Dylan was very friendly, articulate and forthcoming about the entire process. He and his partner, Darrian, were polite, professional and, as far as I can tell, very competent. Dylan and his partner kept after it doing multiple passes until they were satisfied the carpet was clean. I guess the true test will be how good the carpet looks after a few months - but at this point it looks and smells clean and fresh! Outstanding!
