She helped ease these issues while connecting my pain issues to my left side. She worked out several knots on my shoulders while giving me stretching tips to help my pain as well. When I left I felt rejuvenated! Today I am quite sore, but she told me to expect this and drink lots of water while taking an epson salt bath and using oils/ointments they sold for muscle relief.
