We had an unexpected mold problem in our closet. ServePro came out quickly and helped to fix the problem. Had a small hiccup, but was taken care of professionally and timely. We decided to redo the floors on the upper level in the process and the reconstruction team did a fantastic job on that as well. Clint was fantastic to work with from the start and Alex, Tim and Anthony helped get us through the end. Everything was very transparent every step of the way. We’ve had to use ServePro for remediation twice now and both times we end the project knowing why we’ve used them and no one else.

I highly recommend this business! Brett and Clint are terrific. They are friendly, professional, prompt, efficient, timely, detail oriented. They both understood my concerns and went above and beyond in their communication. My job was a result of a damage claim. Brett and the ServPro crew attempted a clean up however damage was too great and reconstruction was determined to be necessary. There was no question that I wanted to contract them to handle my claim. Clint provided a thorough estimate and understood exactly what I needed and how insurance worked.
