I've had a lot of massages over the last 25 years, and while many were very good, Betsy is amazing! She is so intuitive with how much pressure to use and how much time to spend on each area. My body responded really well, and I feel like so much was accomplished in just my first visit. I walked in feeling tense and in pain all over my body and left relaxed, refreshed, and pain-free.
