Just had my carpets clean this morning. Very happy with the carpets. David was engaged and talked to me about what would happen in advance of the cleaning. Only one drawback. My carpets are a bit wetter than I was expecting. My bad for not asking to be frugal with the water. The price was great. I will definitely use them again next year!
