I had Rams come out three separate times, once to replace a window that shattered due to heat from our grill, another time to inspect our sliding glass door, and another time for installation. We ordered a custom sized pane for a hutch with a broken window and were told it could be 1-2 days before it was ready, but within 3 hours we got the call to come get it. It was so fast that we were able to finish the hutch up the same day :) good fair prices and 10/10 service and speed
