I had Rams come out three separate times, once to replace a window that shattered due to heat from our grill, another time to inspect our sliding glass door, and another time for installation. Amber was wonderful on the phone when I called to schedule, and all of the guys were super professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to find parts that I needed for my old 300lb door.
