I called Quick Appliance on a Monday and they came Wednesday morning. They did let me know about a standard cost for a service call. When he came, Dan quickly diagnosed the problem, and talked me through the fix it/replace it question that always comes with appliance repair. I decided to fix it. He didn't have the part in stock and estimated (with apologies) 4 to 5 days. He called later the same afternoon with the part. He was able to get one from a local supplier rather than ordering and was able to fix the same afternoon. Dan came back, fixed it right up, left no mess, was friendly, and exceeded my expectations. While I hope I don't have to anytime soon, I'll call Quick Appliance again.
Chuck has been wonderful in every way. He came out after hours to look at my machine and was above reasonable in price. then when I decided to replace my washing machine and dryer, I have been blown away by his help and him getting me a comparable deal to Lowes. I am totally happy with the service and would rather give business to someone local then a big corporation. thank you Chuck! Best service ever!
John rocks! He took my "noise" complaint on my new dryer seriously. Unlike the other 2 guys from a service company out of Boulder that the warranty company hired. He found it, fixed and most of all believed me! Thank you!
