I first came to nourish through my personal trainer for recommendations to start a glp. I met Stephanie who was fantastic in teaching me everything to help with losing weight and keeping it off. I then had learned about Lagree and have taken almost 100 classes. I can say that Stephnaie, mags and Val are the instructors that I have had classes with the most. They are always welcoming and always willing to help either modify or intensify each movement. If they notice you struggling or needing a modification they have helped no matter what. I can’t say enough good things about Stephanie and all the girls at nourish I will be continuing coming every week.
Absolutely love this place! The workouts are challenging but so effective, and the people/instructors are amazing!! Such a welcoming environment while still pushing you to get stronger every class. Definitely my favorite studio
