It was the last day at CSU when our X3 started throwing an overheat message. There are only a couple of auto service places in Ft Collins that brag about import car care.
Thankfully I went to Lou's.
When I met him, he promised to get us in quickly and he did. And Stephanie up front kept us updated on the progress of our repairs. Appreciated their website approval process as well. First class outfit. Thanks again Lou.

Our car is a very rare 1984 BMW Alpina B9, and Lou and his crew are very adept at identifying all of its issues, finding the correct parts (which is Very difficult, only 500 were built), and keeping it on the road.
