I had highlights and lowlights done yesterday at Locks & Loaded, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience!

Shelby did my hair and was incredibly meticulous throughout the foiling process. Her attention to detail and care really showed in the final result. Julia, the owner, was also wonderful, she made her way around the salon checking on clients and offering guidance and expertise to her stylists, which speaks volumes about the level of care and professionalism in the salon.

Julie and her team were amazing!! By far the best salon experience I’ve had so far! My hair turned out exactly how I wanted it on the first try. I’ve been to three other salons and they either said they couldn’t do it or it would take multiple sessions. Julie nailed it in one and was very thorough throughout the whole process. She customized everything to be specific for my hair and the color we wanted to achieve. She does a lot and the price is very fair for the time and all the work she puts in.

A really great experience - start to finish, from the booking to the service. Very cool vibe in the salon. Bethany was super pro; I had a picture of a style I was going for and what impressed me was her questions about making sure she got what I wanted. She delivered a great haircut, and taught me styling tips too.
